Questions
What is the difference between a packing slip and an invoice?
A packing slip lists what is in the box, without prices. An invoice shows what the customer paid. For international parcels, customs needs the invoice and the customs form, not the packing slip.
Should a gift order have prices on the packing slip?
No. This packing slip has no prices, so it can go in gift orders as it is.
What goes in “still to come”?
Items from the same order that will ship in a later box, so the customer knows they have not been forgotten.
