Who we are
globixera.com is the Globixera storefront and free template library, 7228 Wadebridge Drive, Canton, MI 48187, United States. Globixera takes no payment. The template packs and the Holiday Margin Planner are sold by Valcenra, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company at the same address, which is responsible for the order information described below. The products shown on this site are run by their own companies; when you follow a link to one of them, that company’s privacy notice applies.
What we collect when you browse
- No account and no forms. The product picker and the free templates work in your browser. Nothing you choose is sent to us.
- Google tag. Google Ads measurement loads on this site to count visits from ads and clicks on Try, Buy and Download buttons. It may set cookies. See how Google uses information.
- Hosting. Cloudflare serves this site and processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site. Cloudflare Web Analytics may count page views without cookies.
When you buy a template pack
Payment is taken by Stripe on its own checkout page; we never see your card details. Stripe shares the order with us: your name, email address, billing country, any business tax ID you enter, the pack and the amount. The download page checks your order with Stripe every time you ask for a file. We keep a download count and a log for each order (the order ID, the time of each download and a one-way hash of your IP address, never the address itself), and we put your email address and order number inside each file you download. We use order details to deliver the files, limit and trace sharing, answer support requests and keep the tax and accounting records the law requires, for as long as it requires; download logs are deleted after 60 days. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
The Agent Trust Cloud kits in the Shop are sold by Agent Trust Cloud on its own checkout; its privacy notice applies to those orders.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for a copy of the order information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, unless we must keep it for tax records. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your local data protection law. We do not sell personal information.
